Barrel Privé is our most exclusive offering: a one-of-one bourbon created in collaboration with our master distiller, Brian Higgins, and crafted to your personal profile. It’s reserved for clients who want something truly singular.

Your mash bill is proprietary to you. It becomes part of your story—an heirloom you can pass down.

What You’re Commissioning

Your bourbon begins with the core of our craft:

• Pure Floridan Aquifer water drawn from our own deep well

• A custom hybrid still designed for slow, precise distillation

• Open fermentation that delivers depth and character

 

These aren’t technicalities — they’re the quiet decisions that ensure the bourbon carrying your name is worth it.

Or you can leave every detail to us. Barrel Privé is designed to accommodate either approach with the same level of precision.
